The desired parts are firstly designed as a mold and then the material in the liquid state is poured out in such molds of various materials. Permanent and temporary, both types of molds are useful for the technique or process of casting. The mold created must be exactly duplicate to the casting part so that it can attain the perfect shape and size. This process reduces the need of secondary machining in the casting shape provided to the materials. Complete aircraft doors, frames and many other objects are prepared by this small casting process.
